Shipping /Returns

The Diamond Piece currently ships to most countries worldwide. To protect ourselves and our customers from fraud we will only ship orders to the shipping address associated with the purchasing debit/credit card. If you would like to ship to an address other than your billing address , you may check out using a verified Pay Pal account . Once your order has been fulfilled, we will send order confirmations and shipping updates to the email address provided. All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service, or DHL  in which you will be able to track your purchase at www.usps.com or www.dhl.com with the tracking number provided . 

Delivery Time  

Orders are processed between 1-3 business days Monday-Friday. Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow additional time for shipping during promotional sales. During promotions orders will be processed within 3 business days.  

* Please note that majority of our items are handmade to order in house. Most items will require 10-14 business days of production time, pieces that are made with stones require 3-4 weeks of production ( not including 1-3 days of processing time ) however more specific lead times are noted on the product page of each item on the site and will show the time frame that is needed for that particular piece . 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared " shipped" by the delivery service. In a rare case that an item is lost or stolen once its declared as shipped , the consumer will need to file the necessary claim with the delivering carrier.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason whether or not your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to your credit card in the amount of the charge and notify you that your order was canceled. 

Return Policy / Cancellations  

Once a custom order is accepted by the designer, we will not be able to make any changes. This includes size changes, style changes, quantities, etc. Please read and understand before completing your purchase. All orders made through our store are custom orders which means the design is a request by you the consumer. We will NOT  be able to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about an order for any reason. We design items to the clients specific request. For this reason pieces can not be restocked and sold to other clients if returned. Twelve hours after an order is placed the sale will be final .  Please be sure that all details in your order are correct before submitting your order for processing. 

Should you receive an item that is faulty to an error on our part, whether it be for the wrong metal used, size or any misspellings , you can return the item and be issued an exchange for a different piece. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if there are any issues with your order so we can quickly provide you with a resolution. If we are unable to resolve your issue, a refund will be processed back to you . 

How to return :

To return your item , please carefully package the item you are returning in the original packaging. After packaging, please mail your item to the address listed below. You will be responsible for the return shipping label.
